Self-Study (Workbook)
Self-study means that you will work through the course manual and you will be able to mark the lessons yourself with a key. There is a certification request form that you need to have co-signed by your supervisor or other appropriate person and returned to Enform to receive your certificate. This certification process does not apply to First Line Supervisor's Blowout Prevention or Well Service Blowout Prevention. For these two courses, the current written exam process would remain unchanged.
